Application Instructions

Please complete the required form fields below.

Please record a video of yourself that answers the following prompts using as many features of ASL as possible.

Videos should be a minimum of 5 minutes but not exceeding 10 minutes.

  • What level of practicum are you applying for? 
  • Why did you decide to apply to Heritage Interpreting for your practicum placement?
  • What is the overarching theme of the CPC, and why is it important?
  • Tell us about any goals you currently have set for yourself and how you are actively working towards achieving them.
